EYE CARE INTERNATIONAL

PROSTHETIC WORK IN CENTRAL AMERICA

Michael and Neill Hughes, along with a dedicated team of generous volunteers, travel to various communities in El Salvador where Eye Care is limited. This annual mission provides needed services to the needy people of El Salvador and neighboring Central American countries.

In February, 2019, Jon DuPre filmed a series of reports for his television station in Salt Lake City Utah. Below are the video reports, along with other printable summaries about this heartfelt mission.

We are grateful to the hundreds of volunteers who help with this mission- including many who are not mentioned in the videos. ‘It

takes a village’ certainly describes the team effort required to pull off these annual missions. In addition to the year long volunteer work that is done in Ohio, Pennsylvania and Virginia- there are many helping hands through volunteering and creativity in towns throughout the US and Canada.
